About Us

Crofton Property Management is led by Heidi Crofton, a Broker and Member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and the Space Coast Association of Realtors.

Heidi Crofton grew up in Titusville, Florida where she attended Titusville High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta where she majored in German and International Studies. In 2001, Heidi got her real estate license and spent seven years specializing in sales. In 2005, she got her broker’s license. Starting in 2008, Heidi began focusing her business on property management.

After working with several large real estate companies, Heidi saw the opportunity to establish a more personalized company and launched Crofton Property Management in 2023 to serve five Central Florida counties. She is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients, tenants and vendors and loves the trust that comes with property management. As a full-service real estate company, Crofton Property Management can also help clients buy and sell properties for maximum profit.
